Multi-protocol data acquisition instrument

A client frequently works with devices supporting varying analog and digital communication protocols. Instead of utilizing multiple specialized pieces of hardware, they would like a singular solution, compatible with any device they may encounter.

1. First, we define all of the technical requirements including voltage levels, communication protocols, fault tolerance, sampling speeds, etc

2. Then we analyze the client’s current solution to refine the requirements and ensure all critical information is collected

3. Next we design and propose a singular solution to the client

4. If the client approves of the proposal, we implement and test the solution. Otherwise, we re-evaluate the clients requirement’s and adjust our available solutions

(Optional) Fabricate additional modules for other locations

(Optional) Develop supplemental hardware/software enhancements/integrations to extend the functionality of the solution

Wireless replacement for a legacy cable

A client currently has 2 pieces of equipment connected via an older proprietary cable. The client would like to relocate one of the devices to another location but there is no wireless solution available for the system.

1. First, we confirm the operational requirements of the solution

2. Then we evaluate the equipment and connection, performing signal analysis, protocol decoding, and wiring diagnostics.

3. Next we design and propose a hardware solution (and supporting software solution if required)

4. If the client approves of the proposal, we implement and test the solution. Otherwise, we re-evaluate the clients requirement’s and adjust our available solutions

(Optional) Fabricate additional modules for identical hardware (no additional evaluation fees)

(Optional) Develop additional hardware/software enhancements to extend the functionality of the solution

Proprietary connector to industry standard converter

A client posses a piece of equipment that communicates using a known protocol, although through a proprietary connector. The client would like an adapter that simply converts the electrical connections to an industry standard.
